To raise the quality and professionalism of Coaching in Northamptonshire.
To provide a clear career development pathway for coaches
To provide the necessary support and training for coaches to reach their goals and provide a quality service
To provide Recruiters (Employers/placement providers) with a service to access quality coaching with ease.
To increase the number of coaching opportunities for those looking to work in coaching
